The main Kiboko warehouse, situated in Namuwongo, 7th Street Industrial Area, boasts a unique “Driving Rack” arrangement with a total capacity of 7,246 pallets. It is equipped with state-of-the-art fire safety measures, including a sprinkler system and multiple fire extinguishers, ensuring the utmost safety.
To facilitate efficient management, the warehouse is divided into three divisions:
Procter & Gamble Division
This division is responsible for housing and managing warehouse operations for Procter & Gamble (P&G) product brands, such as Always, Head & Shoulders, Oral-B, Pampers, Gillette, and Safeguard. It oversees P&G product activations and promotions in strategic locations across Uganda, aiming to reach and surpass target goals.
Consumer Durables (CD) Division
The CD division handles warehouse operations for electronic and domestic appliance brands distributed by Kiboko Enterprises. Brands such as Elekta, Lucid, Philips, Sansui, and Harvels are managed within this division. It handles authentic discounts and promotions for these brands and ensures proper brand placement in hypermarkets and mini supermarkets where the products are distributed.
Star Division
The Star division manages warehouse operations for a wide range of food and non-food brands distributed by Kiboko Enterprises. Brands like Lato Milk & Ghee, Sunvita, Jikokoa, Dabur, Disguise, Tweet, Everbright, Sony, Duracell, and many others fall under this division. The Star division organizes product activations for these brands and carefully manages their placement in various distribution areas, including hypermarkets and mini supermarkets, to drive sales and establish brand dominance. The division prioritizes maintaining brand identity, visibility, and awareness for each product it handles.
