MARKET SEGMENTATION





To ensure efficient market classification and service, we recognize the diversity of our market and implement segmentation strategies. Our market is divided into zones, each overseen by a dedicated Zonal Sales Manager. Currently, we have the following zones:

  • Kampala

  • Kampala Outer

  • West

  • East

  • North

  • Midwest

For areas where our direct involvement is limited, we engage Sub Distributors who are assigned a Territory Sales In charge (TSI). These TSIs report directly to the respective Zonal Sales Manager, ensuring effective coordination and management of those territories.
